How it works. First we set a date and time. For new stores or host I like to start with a quick conversation about your needs I provide you with flyer, email, text and/or a social media post to help market the event. I send these marketing tools to you 4- 6 weeks before the event and another set the week of your event and you send all the provided information out to your friends or customers and have them ready for your party.
If you need more time, please let me know with in 4 weeks of your event. If you are a store I am always promote on the event on my social media outlets and through email.
Private parties are kept private. The more you show off your pieces the busier the parties get.
The day of the event I come 30 min early to set up my space and lay out all the pieces for purchase. You are welcome to pick some of your favorites pieces for we to bring please just make sure you let me know at the 4 week mark. I collect all payments so as the host have to worry about it.
Host incentive. Pop-ups are a great way to get customers in your store. They come for the jewelry pick up and stay for your merchandise. The host of the event will also have a choice of an Anna B Jewelry piece, 10% of all sales from the pop-up, or donation the 10% to the Wilms Tumor Foundation. If you chose the 10% option, I will venmo or paypal the host once the party is over.
